Our health, look and generally life somewhat depends on our diet. We can control our level of carbohydrates, fibre and calories. That is why we should pay attention on what, how much and when we eat. These are examples of how our diet has influence on us.
The first problem in our nutrition is what we eat. As we know, all of us like confectionery. Sweets taste great but they are unhealthy and fattering. Because of eating them our skin becomes destroyed and full of spots. What is more, partaking fruits and vegetables guarantees growth of vitamines level.
Secondly, we eat definitely too much. Sometimes we are having a willingness to eat something, even though we are not hungry. It makes our stomach habituates to a great deal of food. That is the reason why we want to eat more and more.
Furthermore, most of us have got a habit to eat before we go sleep. That is a very unhealthy acclimation because it can cause we will grow fat. We ought to eat in the morning (before we go to school or work), in the afternoon (about 14-15 o’clock) and in the evening (about 18-19 o’clock) and we should not eat later.
To sum up, we harm ourselves on our own wish. We should definitely do something with our diets if we want to be healthy and to live long.
