The kinds of crimes - rodzaje przestępstw

Kain and Abel was sons of the first people in the world. When they lived Kain killed Abel. And this was first crime from down of history. Today all over the world is many sorts of crimes, but in each country is other punish for offences. In my written comment I try to write about judiciary in Poland and I try to comment on this.
Drive without during due care and attention is the most popular in Poland crime especially after consumption alcoholic drinks. This is sad that particularly in our country people don’t think about dangerous which they can caused. In Poland drive without care and attention is convicted punishment arrest or fine of superiority 50 zl.
Fraud is very popular crime in Poland. Person who commit this crime want to achieving a financial benefit. In Poland fraud is under threat for six months to eight years. In our country most popular is computer fraud which is under threat for free months to five years.
When somebody try to remove (e.g.) president that him or her commit crime high treason . That person is can sentence for free years. In Poland this crime isn’t popular.
Spying (espionage) – when somebody take part in action of foreign intelligence is subordinate to punishment to ten years in jail.
Manslaughter – this is the worst of all crimes – when somebody kill person is subordinate to punish for eight to twenty five years in prison or this person is subordinate to live sentence. All over the world people hate killers because this is people without conscience.
Abortion – when mother have an abortion that is under punishment to tree years in jail. In Poland this is very popular way to break the pregnancy. In this way mother knowingly kill her child. This is sad that the punishment in our country is so low.
Robbery with violence – when somebody attacked person in order to financial benefit that is subordinate to punishment to tree years. Unfortunately this crime is commit often in dangerous district of big towns.
Obscenity - When somebody in public show pornography – this person is subordinate to punishment fine, restrict freedom or one year in prison sentence.
When somebody got married despite with one person and him or her is in other marriage – this person commit Bigamy and subordinate to punishment to two years in jail.
Corruption – this crime commit person who in connection with acting public obligation adopt money or financial benefits. This person is subordinate to punishment for six month to eight years. In my opinion this is crime of “small people”
Forgery – when somebody in order to use how authentic, illegally copy the document then this person is sentence to imprisonment for tree months to five years. This is crime unfortunately often break in Poland. People most often illegally copy tickets.
Shoplifting (robbery with burglary) – when person steal something somebody than is subordinate to punishment to ten years. This is often phenomenon in cheaper districts of big city.
Pretty theft – when somebody steal small think than this person is sentence to imprisonment for tree months to five years.
When somebody break the rule of law and hijacked the motor vehicle subordinate to punishment for tree months to five years. Fortunately this is rare crime in Poland.


In Polish rule of law is more crime than I list like : smuggling (illegally transport abroad for example cigarettes or alcohol), baby or spouse battering (when somebody beat the children or spouse), arson (when person set fire to something), drug peddling (when somebody illegally distribute the drugs), sexual harassment (in other word this is rape) and many more. In my opinion in Poland punish is so gentle. It’s should be change as fast as possible. If it wasn’t change people would be commit more and more cruel crimes.
