Are working mothers better?

Many people think working women are bad mothers. In my opinion they are neither bad or good.
Firstly, when working, mothers don't lose the feeling of their identity and they don't feel like the children are a burden, because they have to leave everything behind for them. They don't have to put their career, education on hold and they meet new challenges everyday which makes them more fullfilled and happy. Children also benefit from it because the mother influences them with good habits, like being orgasnised or independent and by getting out of the house she stays well informed and can teach them usefull thing about social life, all the while providing a higher income for the household.
However, as for everything, there are some disadvantages to working mothers. When they have to overwork they feel gilty for leaving children at home and when they engage in the job too much instead of home, the mother-child bond gets abused and weakens. Also when going out the mother must leave the child with someone trustworthy, who may be difficult to find. Unless the mother works at home she can never be sure if everything is all right and nothing is kept from her view.
In conclusion, I think it all depends who the mother is and many other variable factors. I believe working mothers just need to find the right balance beetwen their jobs and children, and always put home before work.
