Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to complain about the CD player I have recently bought in your shop.
When I used it for the first time it was working only for ten minutes and later went off. When I used it for the second time the CD went round but there were no sonds.
Furthermore, when I tried to turn it on the same thing happened. In addition to this, the CD player was going to have also radio tuner but it was a complete nonsense. You are making a fool of people saying something like that. I turned to the shop assistant with this problem but he did not make any efforts with my complaint.
I assume you will replace the CDplayer as it is obviously said in the warranty. I hope the matter will be solved promptly.
