Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to complain about terrible and awful time provided by your travel agency when I travelled with you on flight C5643 to hotel in Berlin last Friday.
Firstly, I booked simple and single room because I wanted to be alone. The hotel charged me for a double. I was disgusted. I had to paid for double room in spite that I had single.
In addition the stuff were at fault and the did not apologise. As you can imagine glass was dirty. The waiter refused to replaced it. I ordered a vegetarian lasagne. However there was meat in it. Lasagne was cold and unpalatable. I didn't eat. I gone to nearest restaurant and eaten warm and vegetarian of course lasagne.
Make matters worse I have lost my clothes and small luggage. I must bought new one!! Stuff were screamed at me when I questioned have they seen it. I have never been in such as awful hotel.
As you can imagine I was extremely upset and angry about the whole experience. I expect the full refound on my ticket as the compensation for the missing clothes. I also want get written apology from yours travel agency.
