I want to express my strong dissatisfaction with the Cumbria holiday I booked with your agency. I think that it was the worst holiday I have ever had.
Firstly, you guaranteed the accommodation in the best hotel in the Cumbria, the Wildside Hotel. However, I lived in a youth hostel.
What is more, I was told that I can choose from a wide range of activities, but in fact there were only two activities offered.
Finally, I had to go to the beach three miles every day. You told me that the beach was only one mile away.
I demand that I should be given a full refund, or I will be forced to take legal action.
