This is a story about a lucky man called Bill Haydon. He was a truck mechanic and he had three children - two sons and a daughter. They lived in a small village near the mountain.
One night he was trying to sleep, but he couldn`t. The birds were singing. Suddenly they stopped. Bill looked out of the window. He saw the birds which were flying away. Bill went out to see what happend. He went back to the house, woke his children up and they all ran out of the house. While they were standind near the house the ground started to move.It was an earthquake. Bill was terrified. Suddenly he`s daughter heard a terrible noise. They saw a
huge rock bigger than a truck, which was falling down . The rock has fallen down at their house.Next day Bill was trying to find his bed, he found it. It was under the rock. Then he felt as a lucky man.
