Present simple
Structure: subj/verb+(s/es)
Use: Timetables
e.g. She goes to the beach every weekend.Bus leaves at 6 o’clock.

Present continuous
Structure: subj/am(is/are)/verb + ing
Use: The present continuous tense is used for actions happening now or for an action that is unfinished. This tense is also used when the action is temporary and for future plans (decision made before the time of speaking).e.g. I am singing at church today.She is crying.We are leaving for the beach tomorrow morning.

Will
Structure: subj/will/verb
Use: 1. Decision is now.2. Questions of a factual nature.
e.g. I will pay for the tickets by credit card.Will you go to the dance with me?

Going to
Structure: subj/am(is/are)/going to/verb
Use: 1. Strong intention(85%)2. Prediction
e.g. I think Nigel and Mary are going to have a party next week.He is going to be a brilliant politician.

Future continuous
Structure: subj/will be/verb + ing
Use: You will be in the middle of
e.g. I will be stressed tomorrow during my science test.


Future perfect simple
Structure: subj/will have/Past participle
Use: Something will have happened before a future point.
e.g. By 2020, I will have traveled to Australia.*Also started with “By the time I’m 30/40/50…”


Future perfect continuous
Structure: subj/will have been/verb + ing
Use: Something will continue to a point in the fiture
e.g. By 2022, I will have been living in Ireland for 20 years.
