Dieting – blessing or curse?

In my opinion diet is not very good for human body. There are many reasons forward and against diet but I think that people, most women should not be on diet, because I, personally, think that it is not very good for our health.

As far as I can see there are many reasons against being on diet. The first argument is that people who are on diet are very unhappy. They cannot eat what they want. The second can be fact the some people who are fit think that they are the most beautiful in the world. The third reason for not being on diet is that someone who eats only healthy food can have not enough power.

Someone who is on diet cannot eat everything he wants. He has to eat only healthy food like vegetables. The best things, like hamburgers or pizza, are unhealthy so he can’t eat them. He is very unhappy because he can’t take any chocolate or sweets. I know one girl who think that she is the most beautiful person in the world because she is very fit. I think that isn’t true. Someone who is not very fit can be also nice, cool and beautiful. Some people on diet eat nothing. That’s very unhealthy because they can have not enough power they need. On the other hand people who eat healthy food can be strong because vegetables have vitamins which human’s body need. But if teenage girl is on diet she doesn’t eat enough.

To sum up in my opinion teenagers should not be on diet because it can be dangerous to their body. If someone very need to eat only healthy and fit food he must do it very carefully and eat enough to have power which body needs do live.
