Sławny człowiek - Bill Newton

Bill Newton is Britain’s most successful film star. His smiling face appears on covers of international magazines, and every years he give out a hundreds of autographs. However, life used to be very different for this young star from Bristol.

“I’ve grove up in a poor district quarter in the middle of Bristol (...)”, says Bill, “(...) in a flat it was very cramped! In our street was very noisily, because there always a lot of children about this place. I don’t think I was a very attractive teenager. I had long hair, and I used to buy my boring blue jeans from second hand shops. I liked eating a lot of hamburgers, so I was quite plump, and I drink a lot of cafe too. At weekends I play football with my friends. On Saturday nights we usually went to the cinema or to a rock concert.”

Today, Bill lives in a large house with a big garden, and swimming-pool in the countryside. He is slim and handsome with short hair. He looks very elegant in his expensive suits. He has to diet, so he usually eat fruit and salads. Bill always drinks orange juice. In his free-time he enjoys going to the theatre, night-clubs or to parties.

Bill’s life has changed a lot since those days in Bristol. “I enjoy my success and hope it will continue for many years come”, he says.
