I am writting to express my disappoitment with stay at you hotel. I a stayed in your hotel on 14th May becouse i had conferencion about Word Peace in Oxford. I hoped so i will relaxed and rested but unfortunately i did not work it.
the first problem is disturbing the silence of the night. I was woken up during the night because some people try to climb a courtyard wall. I know that you have a small hotel but you have a bodyguards and they responsible are caring for people protection and stay calm by other guests.
I hope so people who did this bear the consequences for done deeds.
The secound problem is not present your staff in reception. I want to report disturbing the silience of the night but emploees showed up imcompetence and lack of culture becaouse recepcion was empty. As a guest i was felt ignored. Employees behaved unworthily and I propose training you staff.
I would be grateful my money was refunded. With regrets i must tell you that i am disapoitment and I will not recommend your hotel to my friends. Despite the good localisation hotel loses for poorly organized employees. If you change a staff this place will be so much pleasant.
