I am writing a complaint with a regard of the books that I ordered in your internet bookstall a month before.
The books I mentioned are Nietzsche's "Antichrist" and Feynman's "Quantum Electrodynamics". The problem is, that I have received two completely different books - a dictionary and a cooking guide. Moreover, it took nearly a month to make the order, and the books were badly damaged. This caused another problem, because I had to find another gift for my girlfriend's birthday.
As I am not interested in keeping the books I received, I would propose to exchange them. If this is possible, I would be pleased to be sent a confirmation e-mail to [email protected]. If not, I will be also satisfied with a refund. When you need to contact me urgently, I can be reached under the number 664-127-032.
