Have you ever considered advantages and disadvantages of being a teacher? It is an issue which frequently generates a great deal of heated debate, with supporters maintaining that it is still a reputable work, whilst opponents claim that that occupation lost its renown.

One advantage of being a teacher is that teachers have more free time than other employees. For instance, they have free winter and summer holidays and, depending on lessons plan, teachers may have one day free. What is more, society hold teachers in high esteem. In particular they are often elected to town councils or designated for positions in government.

In contrast, the number of new teachers is decreasing due to being one of the worst-paid work in our country equally as cleaner or nurse. In order that our government don?t support teachers, they resign. Furthermore, teaching is stressful work. It is proved that teaching is one of the most susceptible work to mental illnesses because of constant stress, noise and seldom threaten.

All things considered, it seems to me that teaching is in crisis. If the earnings increase, teaching will be more attractive work. The best course of action would be a government long-term support plan including gradual raising of earnings.
