They indeed have a lot of advantages.First of all advertisements are crucial element of the modern society and free market economy.Advertising helps new and unknown companies.In this way they can sell products faster and easier become popular.
Secondly thanks to commercials we can find out about an attractive offer.For instance we can buy a house.clothes,shoes,cars and esential products like food or drinks.Moreover advertising helps some people find a good job.
On the other hand advertisements have some drawbacks.Sometimes ads are dishonest.Nice people tell us their products are the best and not buying them would be a sin.As a result it turns out to be "a pig in a poke",such as buying in a big supermarket where companies put products with lower prices on the level of customers eyes.They do it on purpose to sell more.It concerns especially people who buy on-sale products only.Futhermore advertising is often annoying for people who watch Tv.During commercials they change the program or switch it off because ads take too long.
To sum up,advertisements are not only a part of free market economy but our lifes as well.It seems that ads have as many disadvantages as positives aspects.People have their own reason and can make decision about their life.They shouldn't buy everything that they see on Tv or on the internet every day and we should be reasonable so as not to be dissapointed.
