Fast food - fast way to fat.

Do you know how dangerous can be eating hamburgers or fries? That kind of food is not healthy. I try to find disadvantages and advantages of fast food.
First of all it contributes to a very big problem in the whole world – obesity. They are have many proteins which provides to stay fat in tissues. It is very bad to our health. We put on weight but we aren’t fit. We must burn these fat but we cannot do it.
On the other hand when we don’t have a time we can go to McDonald’s, order a cheeseburger and eat it. However, we often skip breakfast. When we have a busy schedule we sometimes eat only two meals a day. And frequently we go to the Burger King, KFC or somewhere else where we can eat lunch as fast as we can. We don’t give our body time to absorb that food before we go to next place.
Classic hamburger assembles from: white bread (which don’t have a cellulose), fried onion (many fat), ketchup and sauce with too much carbohydrates, withered lettuce (only a green color in bun) and minced meat with many toxic substances. Delicious, isn’t it?
If you still want to eat these food you should check your health and go to the doctor. I don’t eat in McDonald’s since 3 years. And I’m healthier from then. But I still eat too much food when I don’t know what to do with myself.
