Dear Mr. Kowalski,

Thank you for your complaint. Your complaint is very important for ours travel agency. We do everything that you enjoy of collaboration with ours agency.
I am understand your discontent with long time wait for a plane on airport but is not ours fault. Cause of retardation the plane were a hurricane on seaside Florida.

But about change a room, that resulted suddenly failure water-supply in all line in hotel, ours resident offer you change hotel but you refuse. In this situation only possibility it was remove you to another room. I would like underline is second room missing a view to see but its room higher standard.

I am sorry about problems with transport from airport. Person responsibility about this incident remain call to account. This situation certainly do not again. Of course we return a cost transport to hotel.
