Nowadays people in Poland live longer than their fathers but definetely not longer than their grandfathers born in the end of 19th century. Poles live longer because of a better access to medicines. In fact they would like to live even longer. Why is it so difficult to change? Because of their busy lifestyle connected with unhealthy food and a huge stress. Many of them are workoholics. Polish nation works many more hours per week than German or French. They are mostly underpaid. That suprises everybody, because Poles are one of the best educated and qualified employees in the world. There is one more fact - Polish goverment has to spent much more money on retirement than ever before. It’s because of the fact that they have more old people than children what is a new problem for Polish country.
In the end some good news– Poles don’t drink so much vodka. Many of them has changed their preferences and decide to consume beers and wines.
