Dear Sir/Madam
I`m writing to lodge a complaint about your restaurant staff.
Firstly, when we sat at the table, we were waiting 15 minutes wntil at last the waiter came.Then, whan I was placing an order, he gave the impression of not listening to me; as a result, he brought us dishes which we had not ordered before.After we attracted him attenion to the fact that there was a mistake he at last brought us our food.When he was serving us the dishes, his ballpoint pen fell into my soup and stained the tablecloth.At last we ate our food calmly.When we were leaving the place, we told him that he should be more attentive in what he is doing.Then he answered us back.
As you can imagine, we were extremely upset.We will not eat in your restaurant again.I hope that you will improve your staff, and they will be more attentive and polite to customers from now.
