Nowadays our lifestyle is unhealthy. We live in polluted environmental, full of rain forest, fames and smog. Also we eat unhealthy food such as hamburger, pizza, chips etc. Unhealthy eating: fast food, snacks, desserts and beverages are the main reason why many people are overweight. We buy fruits and vegetables which are poisonous for our health.

Our daily routine makes our live unhealthy. Average teenager wake up at seven o’ clock and goes to school. When he comes back home he feels overworked and tired so he spends a lot of time watching TV. He is too tired to do sport or even go for a walk.
Stressful live causes addictions such as smoking, drinking or taking drugs.

What should we do to make our lifestyle healthy? At first we must spend more time close to the nature doing sports. Secondly we should give up fattening food, Jung food and sweets. Our lifestyle should be active with constant weight control.
It’ s believed that how long we live depend on our lifestyle. So try live long and healthy.
