It is believed that the best answer to anger is silence. People say that if person who is nervous sits quietly, will stop to be angry. I do not agree with this view. I am convinced that these people need a conversation and contact with another person, who cheers him.
Firstly, we must talk with these people. They cannot be lonely. We must hear and advise them. If they are lonely, they can feel misunderstood, and moreover: have a depression. So then it will be problem for life.
Secondly, these people often have problem if they are angry. We should help them or at least try. If we do not help them, they can make stupid decisions. For instance they will want to commit suicide
Thirdly, Anger should not be suppressed. It’s better to shout, show your emotions than be quiet and conduct an internal fight. If you shout, you will present your opinion and people will know what do you prefer.
On the other hand, when angry person is lonely, he can consider the reason of anger and come to right solution. He will stop worry about a problem.
All things considered, silence is the worst way to silence. Angry people should talk about their problems, because it can resolve faster their problems, and it prevents from a consequences of silence, like a depression or misunderstood. I can jokingly say that ,, one looks ugly when angry”.
