Dear Sir
I am writing to express their dissatisfaction with the CD player that bought two weeks ago in the Mall, when I was on holiday in New York City.
I model XDE250, because it has a built-in speaker in addition always wanted it to be, the seller has given me, that this is one of the best available models. Now it is hard to believe considering that I have a few problems with this player: speaker does not work, most of the buttons is blocked, and when inserting headphones, on the left side is not capable of reproducing speech .I'm tired of the problems relating to your product .I hope that will understand my question and technical problems have been resolved and, again, will act as at the beginning, because otherwise, please return the money.
I think my complaint will be positively considered and will not be any problems.
