Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to enquire about admission to your university. I am currently a third year student and am considering continuing my education at your university. I have heard many positive opinions about New York University, most from your alumni’s visiting my school. I was astonished by the vast variety of provided courses. Not only do the education prospect seem attractive to me, but also the cultural diversity of New York that would allow me to broaden my horizons.
As far as I am concerned I would be a good candidate for the admission process. I complete all criteria that can be found on the website. What is more, I have additional achievements in the field of education and science. I am interested in biology, which helped me to win a great deal of science competitions. I am most proud of winning the National Biology Competition. The prize allowed me to run a series of biotechnology experiments in a professional laboratory with the aid of scientists from the biggest Polish pharmaceutical company
However, studying in New York creates a financial barrier. Unfortunately I am not able to completely finance my studies. I fulfill all scholarship regulations, and I would like to be admitted considering this aspect. I would be grateful for any sort of financial aid or scholarship, however I would also like to be informed of any additional costs that I would have to cover personally.
